Offshore Support Vessels (OSV): Baola Energy offers a fleet of cutting-edge OSVs, equipped with the latest technology and manned by highly skilled crews. These vessels are essential for supporting offshore operations, ensuring the efficient transport of personnel, equipment, and supplies to and from offshore installations.
Diving Support Vessels (DSV): Baola Energy offer DSV services tailored to meet the specific demands of underwater operations. The DSV fleet provides a safe and effective platform for diving activities, including the inspection, repair, and maintenance of subsea infrastructure. Engineering Services
Baola Energy offers a comprehensive suite of engineering services across the Senegalese and West African markets, serving both deep offshore assets and other heavy-duty industries. Through our exclusive partnerships with Torishima Service Solutions Europe Ltd. and Dutch Filtration Netherlands, we deliver a wide range of specialized services.
As Torishima’s exclusive representative in the region, we provide OEM spare parts, replacement of both Torishima and non-Torishima rotating equipment, and the supply of engineered packaged equipment.
In collaboration with Dutch Filtration Netherlands, we offer specialized filtration services, including the repair and refurbishment of filter units, provision of spare parts for various makes, retrofits, maintenance of equipment, and consultancy support.
Our integrated solutions also include tailored lubrication for rotating equipment, essential generator maintenance, specialized heavy-duty pump maintenance, and wellhead support services. Backed by a dedicated team of skilled engineers, we ensure routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs to enhance operational efficiency and extend asset lifespan.

Babacar Thiam – Co-Founder/Director Client Relationships
Babacar Thiam is a highly skilled Senegalese-American Automotive and Mechanical Engineer with over 22 years of experience in the automotive industry. Born in Senegal, Mr. Thiam emigrated to the United States over 23 years ago and has since become a respected leader in the industry.
Throughout his career, Mr. Thiam held various positions at Toyota Manufacturing USA based in Houston, Texas, where he has been instrumental in the success of the company. His passion for cars has driven him to excel in his work, and his dedication and hard work have allowed him to rise to a leadership rank.
Mr. Thiam’s expertise in the field of automotive and mechanical engineering has been invaluable to the companies he has worked with. He has extensive knowledge of the design, development, and production of vehicles, as well as expertise in quality control and process improvement.
Mr. Thiam’s reputation in the industry is built on his integrity, professionalism, and ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve success. He is known for his strong work ethic and his commitment to delivering high-quality results.
As a Senegalese-American, Mr. Thiam brings a unique perspective and a wealth of cultural knowledge to his work. He is a firm believer in diversity and inclusion, and has worked to promote these values in his workplace.
Babacar is also fluent in 5 languages- French, English, Spanish, Italian and his native Wollof. Babacar as co-founder, will be in charge of client relationships in Senegal.
Dr. Ayo Osunrinade – Co—Founder/Director Business Development and Strategy
Dr Ayo Osunrinade is a medical doctor and serial entrepreneur who has made a name for himself in the business world. He is a graduate of Imperial College Business School London, where he earned a degree in healthcare management and was awarded the entrepreneurship prize.
With his unique background, Dr Osunrinade brings a wealth of experience to the table. He has successfully set up a range of businesses and has advised other successful business owners in the UK, USA, and Nigeria. Kenn (Ola) Hamilton – Co-Founder/ Director Project Operations
Kenn (Ola), a Petroleum Engineer and seasoned entrepreneur, who has more than 25+ years professional experience in Oil and Gas, Construction and IT industries. His initial bachelors degree was in electrical engineering from Nigeria, before he moved to the US where he bagged a degree petroleum engineering.
After graduating he worked as an electrical engineer with an oil and gas engineering fabrication metering / measurement station company, in Houston, Texas. He also has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Global Management from the University of Houston in Texas. In addition he is a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute were he proceeded and worked as the SAP Project Manager for a global technology company.
Afterwards he worked as a project manger in the operations and logistics department as a manager for a business advisory consulting company. Kenn as Co-Founder will focus on managing projects.
Adefemi Adewole – Co-Founder/ Director Marine Services
Femi (FA), an experienced marine professional, with BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria and MSc, Marine Engineering, Robert Gordon University Aberdeen, UK Diploma in Maritime Business Management, Llyods Maritime Academy (UK), Professional Diploma in Ship Management, Lloyds, Maritime Academy (UK). Femi ADEWOLE has over 15 years’ experience in the Maritime Industry in Nigeria. Chief Operating Officer, Principia Engineering Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Principia SAS France Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). Member of Nigeria Society of Engineers. Femi is also Managing Director, Foltoks Energy Resources Ltd, an Integrated and Offshore Marines Installation Contractor in Nigeria with clients such as Chevron, Exxonmobil Etc.
